o Preparation of Process Data Sheet & Specification for
Process Equipments
o Material and Energy Balance
o Piping and Instrumentation Diagram (P&ID) preparation
o Sizing of chemical process equipment such as
Distillation column, Evaporators, Heat exchangers, reactors,
separators etc.

From setting up metrics, through to analysing data, it
gives you the skills required to deliver useful business
data.At the end of the course delegates will be able to:

o Know the range and capabilities of simulation in
Corporate Modeler
o Create a simulation from a Process Dynamics Model by
populating appropriate properties
o Produce and interpret a simulation report
o Appreciate the purpose, value and application of process
