Sr Manager Client Servicing (Customer service)

This is a key position for managing one of Client’s
entire client-servicing department. We are looking for an
ambitious, over achiever professional for this position.

Key Responsibilities

1. Manage the inbound client servicing team for all post
sales support to our online customers
2. Manage the inbound client servicing team for all
corporate and college customers
3. Manage the coordination with operations team for
fulfilment of all corporate orders
4. Manage the tele-sales team responsible for taking in
orders from customers over phone
5. Design and implement the client servicing processes for
efficient and predictable operations of client servicing
6. Generate metrics and reports to assess performance of
the client servicing department. Interact with senior
management to provide visibility into client servicing
quality & performance
7. Responsible for continuous improvement of the
department performance and client servicing executives.

Minimum Requirements

1. Should have a BA degree in English or communications.
MBA degree is a plus
2. Must have at 5+ years work experience including at
least 2 years experience in managing teams
3. Must have a very good understanding of the client
servicing processes and systems
4. Must have excellent communication skills and have
demonstrable track record of fast learning
5. Must have the ability to hire and train customer
service executives and be accountable for their performance
6. Must be able to manage new initiatives end to end and
should be able to come up with proactive solutions &
processes
7. Should have excellent verbal and written English skills

Salary Range - Rs.600000 - Rs.750000
