Need help to shape a prototype to a Great Product

I have very good products developed by me part time and it
has come up very well. All are web based products helps
people to plan/tract the employee work and also a cute leave
management application. This is suited for any organization
on any size. I am looking for a Business partner whom I can
showcase the product to get investment to streamline them as
a product and market.

At present i am working as an emplyee for a organization,
